Negotiable priceTips Before Starting Flooring Works
Stretched floor (stiyazhka)
The first and fundamental stage of laying the floor is leveling the surface. Pouring pumice-concrete, sand-cement or self-leveling (leveling) mixture provides a perfectly even base for any type of coating.
Laying laminate and vinyl (SPC)
The most popular and quick-to-install coatings. Vinyl (SPC) flooring is distinguished by 100% water resistance, which is ideal for kitchens and hallways, while laminate provides an affordable and diverse design choice.
Laying parquet, polishing (sanding) and applying varnish
Laying wooden parquet and solid boards requires high professionalism. Polishing (cycling) old or new parquet with non-abrasive machines restores the original beauty of the wood, after which the surface is treated with oil or protective varnish.
Laying tiles and ceramic granite
Covering bathrooms and living rooms with large-sized ceramic granite or ceramic tiles. The process requires preliminary waterproofing, precise cutting of tiles (at a 45-degree angle) and filling the joints with a specific grout.
Heat and sound insulation of the floor
Laying styrofoam (foam plastic), expanded clay or a special underlayment (podlozhka) before laying the coating ensures heat retention and noise insulation from neighbors.

Negotiable priceFrequently Asked Questions - Flooring Work
Parquet is 100% natural wood, which is eco-friendly, retains heat, and can be refurbished (sanded/refinished) multiple times. Laminate is a synthetic, pressed material, but it is much more budget-friendly, more scratch-resistant, and installs very quickly.
Sanding is the process of scraping the top layer of an old wooden floor or parquet using a special machine, which removes scratches, stains, and old varnish. After the procedure, the floor is recoated with oil or varnish, giving it a brand-new look.
Surface drying occurs within 2–3 days, making it safe to walk on, but laying laminate or parquet on it is recommended only after at least 3–4 weeks. Residual moisture inside the screed can completely damage and mold wooden flooring later on.
